The focus of the day today was Teamwork. I worked well in a group because I gave ideas of what we could do to others and giving them ideas to improve what they are doing. One challenge of working in groups for me is to get along with others so that everyone can agree on an idea that looks good for everyone.
Today I learned that working in a group needs everyone of the group to help each other. Also if you don't agree with others, it is going to turn bad for the group because you won't have fixed ideas.
Today in the morning I did yoga. We had to do some poses while breathing in and out. Like the Surya Namaskara which we did at every end of a pause to refill our energy.
In the afternoon, in the sports challenge we had to make a video of a skill in sports that we have. Then we filmed it and made a clip between five and seven minutes. The experience was delighted and by viewing the conclusion everything was good.
The highlights of the day was the CL presentation at the end of the day. The emotions were mostly joy and a bit of stress when we did only two minutes of our film out of five minutes. Today I learnt about myself that I can work in a team and help others to improve, and as a result they improved me at team work also.
