Organic Farming and More...

Our first activity was yoga. It was really fun because we were all laughing and having fun. We did a lot of different moves like the surya namaskar, etc..

Our second activity was the Annadana farm. The farm was really cool as we saw different types of vegetables and we learned how to make potting soil. They showed us how to plant the plants into the soil. We learned about many different species of vegetables. For example,  we learned that there are 6,000 different varieties of tomatoes.

Our next activity was our homeroom activities so I did composting which was a lot of fun. We saw how we had made compost over the last few weeks. And now the butterfly garden group is using our compost to plant nectar plants for the butterflies to enjoy.

Our next and final activity of the day was Aqua Zumba, which I think most of us enjoyed the most. It was a lot of fun as we were all in the pool, there was loud music, all of us were dancing in the water.

It was amazing!
